Absolutely incredible experience! Valentino proved to be an outstanding instructor, guiding us through every step with precision. His passion for the craft was infectious, and I found myself fully immersed in the process. By the end of the session, I not only learned how to make pasta and cheese from scratch but also gained a deeper appreciation for the artistry behind it. Fantastic place with cooking experience. Warm family will tech you cooking pasta, mozarella and amazing tiramisu. If you travel on costiera, you cannot skip that place.
